Revalidation is easier for people with one workplace and a manager who reminds them. Locums have neither, so it pays to collect the evidence as the year goes on.

Your regulator does. Each one asks for something different, at different intervals, so start with its own guidance for your profession and check it again each year, because the requirements change.
Pharmacists and pharmacy technicians submit records to the GPhC each year when they renew. The full set has been four CPD records, at least two of them planned learning, one peer discussion and one reflective account. Check myGPhC for what applies to your renewal this year.
Use one place for the notes and one for the certificates. Evidence scattered across email, paper and several workplaces is what makes renewal a scramble.
The records themselves go to your regulator. Locbase keeps what sits around them: your registration on the compliance checklist with its renewal, the workplaces and sessions your learning came from, and the cost of courses as expenses with their receipts.

No. They are submitted to your regulator. Locbase keeps your registration, sessions and training costs alongside.
